1. General Policy

Donations made to THE TOTT FOUNDATION are generally non-refundable, as they are immediately directed toward our charitable programs. However, we understand that mistakes can happen.

2. Eligible Refund Requests

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate donations made in error;
• Incorrect donation amount entered by mistake;
• Unauthorized transactions made without the donor's consent.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@thetottfoundation.org within 14 days of the donation, including:

• Your full name and email address;
• The donation reference number;
• The date and amount of the donation;
• The reason for the refund request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned via the original payment method where possible.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for donations made more than 14 days prior, or for donations that have already been allocated to specific programs.
